William F. Davis III, Chief Executive Officer
Eldest son of founder William F. Davis II, Mr. Davis joined USWC in 1996 and is directly responsible for all corporate matters.
Mark Macek, President
Mr. Macek joined USWC in 1983 as a sales representative, and today, as President, oversees all areas of Marketing and Operations. Mark is a founding member of the Florida Service Agreement Association and has served on its Legislative Committee.
Lori Silverman, Vice President, Fixed Operations
Ms. Silverman was with USWC when its doors opened in 1975. Her knowledge and experience have been key in our development over the years.
Steve Stenglein, Vice President, Information Technology
Since he joined USWC in 1990, Mr. Stenglein has been responsible for creating the industry's most sophisticated and versatile processing system.
James Smolich, Chief Financial Officer/Treasurer
Mr. Smolich joined USWC in 1996 and oversees the Accounting and Investment areas of our business.
Amy Hankes, Controller
Amy joined USWC in 1997. With a Master’s in Business Administration and a certificate in Accounting, Amy’s extensive knowledge of the company’s operations comes from working throughout all departments in the company. To ensure adequate controls and operations are in place, she continues to remain actively involved.
Randy Rabbitt, Vice President, National Sales
Mr. Rabbit joined USWC in 1997, bringing 20 years of auto industry and dealership experience. He works with agents and USWC field personnel to increase dealer’s profit.
Bob Mayo, Vice President
Mr. Mayo joined USWC in February of 2008 and brings 27 years of widely varied automotive industry experience, on both the retail and factory sides. He is the point person on all lender, insurance company and agent relationships.
Steve Potts, National Director of Dealer Income Development
Mr. Potts joined USWC in 2006 with 33 years in the automobile industry. He has an extensive background in the variable side of the retail automobile business. Mr. Potts oversees the national sales force.
Kahli Faivre, National Training Director & Regional Sales Manager
Ms. Faivre joined USWC early in 2002. Her 30 years of retail experience and consulting are evident in her work as the head of USWC's College of Automotive Excellence, the mainstay of our dealership training program.
Heather Thibault, Operations Manager
Mrs. Thibault joined USWC in 1995. She has worked in multiple departments, gaining unique perspectives, to help develop new ideas and help maintain interdepartmental communications. Heather also works closely with our outside agents and sales representatives to ensure personalized service for each dealership.
