We know it is our people who, in their pursuit of excellence, have been the collective authors of USWC's success story. Mark Macek, President
Mr. Macek joined USWC in 1983 as a sales representative, and today, as President, oversees all areas of Marketing and Operations. Mark is a founding member of the Florida Service Agreement Association and has served on its Legislative Committee.

Steve Stenglein, Vice President, Information Technology
Since he joined USWC in 1990, Mr. Stenglein has been responsible for creating the industry's most sophisticated and versatile processing system.

Amy Hankes, Controller
Amy joined USWC in 1997. With a Master’s in Business Administration and a certificate in Accounting, Amy’s extensive knowledge of the company’s operations comes from working throughout all departments in the company. To ensure adequate controls and operations are in place, she continues to remain actively involved.

Randy Rabbitt, Vice President, National Sales
Mr. Rabbit joined USWC in 1997, bringing 20 years of auto industry and dealership experience. He works with agents and USWC field personnel to increase dealer’s profit.

Ron L. Garlet Jr., Vice President, Operations & General Manager
Ron joined Protective/USWC in 2017 bringing 31 years of automotive/financial services/banking experience throughout North & South America and the Caribbean. He has an extensive background in developing leaders and building teams, streamlining processes, along with working intricately with Dealers across all levels.

Kahli Faivre, National Training Director & Regional Sales Manager
Ms. Faivre joined USWC early in 2002. Her 30 years of retail experience and consulting are evident in her work as the head of USWC's College of Automotive Excellence, the mainstay of our dealership training program.
